I arrived after leaving the hospital for alcohol detoxing. My wife got a gate pass to help me get on the plane safely because I still was having withdrawal shakes. Upon arriving in Miami I was picked up by a member of the Harbor Village Team. I was shocked to see that the pictures that were posted online were not the same as I was viewing. I just want to say Ashley has went above and beyond for my sobriety and me while at this facility..I have never had anyone ever be so good to me and I truly and honestly am willing to say she is the best case manager we have! She has been so involved in my recovery as well steps to take to stay clean!!!
I was broken upon entering this rehab not saying I was fixed after leaving. However I can honestly say the staff did a great job in helping me heal as I did. It was a blessing and I will always remember my healing started from Zinnia Health Miami. To the staff you all are in my prayers and thanks for everything
Staff was great!!! Rooms clean and food great.
