This Place is trash straight trash cheap as hell 😒. They Fly out there and bus you back home that's some bullshit. The food garbage they give us sandwiches 🥪 and a bag of chips for snacks. The facility is dirty they got rats 🐀 and roaches the walls need painting the building is old. The staff is horrible not all some of the female techs rude 😒 as hell the need a whole new team. WENSTER cannot give me the words that are appropriate and fitting for this.. run down, understaffed, FILTHY, HIPPA laws consistently broken. For example: Person comes in- "intake" get to call "home" that is the safety call promised. Then they (whichever person is closest:) take your bags. Allow personal hygiene, clothing- AFTER it gets ....sterilized. Yoo to be honest this is the worst place I ever been to get help everything is a setup to get your insurance money.. the place is beat down rats and roaches food is terrible it's uncomfortable for someone who is trying to help themselves..Go to Mandela healing center u want regret it for all u out of Towner who's tryna help themselves
