This is by far the worst, worst treatment center there is. The place is a mess, the techs are downright incompetent, I received 1 individual therapy session for 30 minutes over a 32 day period. I was discharged with no medication scripts and no doctors appointment set up so I can continue my meds. One of my meds had 2 pills left and another had 3 and I ran out of meds because of this. I have been to a lot of treatment centers and this one was worst experience I’ve ever had going to rehab. I’ve been thinking about writing a review about my experience for a while now and I just wanted to share the negative and the positives of this facility. This place flew me out from Arkansas and had me in the center 10 days without even verifying my insurance first. Then told me I would have to leave. It was a complete waste of my time. They also refuse to answer the phone at the center, and the system just redirects you endlessly. I had an expensive package of toiletries and hygiene items and photos from home, couldn’t even speak to anyone to locate my package and when I did, they said they never received it.
