Terrible experience dealing with this company. Insisted we had to pay out of pocket even though we had already met our out of pocket maximum for the year. Could have easily called the insurance to verify, but didn't. Can't explain why they didn't, will have to wait 60-90 days for a refund check on money they shouldn't have taken in the first place. When calling billing your employees are rude & argumentative and I was hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Shame on you!
Modesto Radiology You have rescheduled Me Twice in one week. I have lost all trust in your ability to preform your duties. I am sorry you have lost My confidence the only positive is Ruby and Verdonna who were so pleasant and positive: unlike Michelle if that is her real name. I am and have asked my Doctors to send My documents back to Adventist Health in Sonora. I have given you a One Star Rating the only thing is I with I could give you nothing. My Cousin Hrh Prince Jon Wright,Has Had Two Appointments Rescudled Both Times Due To MRI Machines Not Working. He Travels A Long Distance And Is In Severe Pain And Needs These MR I's Done. Why Has There Been Changes To His MRI Appt: And MRI Machines Down Both Times. I Am Deeply Concerned About My Cousins Health And His Treatment.

Big thank you to Kimme Bentley in the breast imaging department! She is the most compassionate, helpful technician I have ever had perform my yearly mammogram. She is the reason that I will come back here everytime and she is a Godsend in times of worry and fear. I only hope that she is well recognized for her selflessness and ability to make women as comfortable as they possibly can be during these uncomfortable procedures. Thank you Kimme!!
