Great ice-cream and a great place for families! Wonderful customer service!
This IS how social media works. It also works the other way. Do something kind and see how many shares or likes it gets. Maybe issue an apology for your immature actions and see how many people forgive and forget instead of puffing out your chest and acting like you're the only ice cream shop in Oregon. HORRIBLE customer service! Not worth your money or taste buds to visit this establishment. The older man, who I am assuming is the owner, is a verbally abusive & rude person. NOT family friendly at all!!! Stay away from this place!!!

Not a good family establishment. Been there once and will never go back. Not too friendly with the customers and may need customer service skills classes on how to be nicer to the customers. Do not yell across the Establishment and tell perfectly good customers how to parent their children. We are good parents and that was a poor choice on your establishment. The workers should know better!
