It's not only the best ice cream in Seaside, it's the best anywhere! Our family eats there two or three times a day for a week. Mike is a great guy and we look forward to seeing him each year.
Best ice cream in town.. shoot the west coast! 18% butter fat !! Owners and staff are amazing aswell!!

This is our standard method of operation - one clerk handles a group (leaving other clerks to handle the next group or to do other tasks as assigned). I am sorry that you were put off by the clerk (he could have been more diplomatic, even at 15 years old), but he was following my orders. We've been operating successfully for 16 years with this method (which is pretty much the way everyone else does it). I hope that you can find an ice cream shop that will wait on you quickly and efficiently to your standards.
We will be there in July, and this is our favorite place to stop in. Yay for coconut ice cream!

We usually only run Coconut in May and June, but as of this moment - we still have some, and will have it through this weekend. Maybe longer. We'll see.

Wow. Based on how your customers are treated online & in the shop. I will not be going back here or recommending it. Social media and word of mouth travel very far. Your comments on these reviews are unprofessional and very defensive. Honestly, I'm very surprised you're still in business with such a lack of professionalism. Not worth going!
We come to seaside at least once a year and our family always goes to Zingers! Our trip isn't complete without their homemade ice cream! Today we tried a different ice cream shop today, Zingers was closed, and no where near the same. We have always had wonderful customer service from them. Sorry to hear others have been disappointed.
