I always look forward to an amazing breakfast when I go to Zingermans, haven't found a breakfast I haven't liked yet!

I visited Zingerman's Roadhouse yesterday because a colleague highly recommended the place. I took couple friends with me and the only reason that i didn't complain personally is because the respect to my friendS. I was not impressed at all. We waited more than 15 minutes for our order. The food was cold, the order was not complete, not a great service at all. I never would be back and of course i won't recommend Zingerman's at all. I visited the Deli as well, not impressed at all either.

I have never had a bad experience here. Yes, there can be long waits sometimes, but the service and the food is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and try the poutine appetizer. It's scrumptious. The sweet potato fries, fried chicken, and the mashed potatoes are also great! They also have great drinks, and one of my favorite scotch menus. And do yourself another favor...try the butterscotch pudding made from scratch with fleur du sel. �
