UPDATE as off 7/30/25: I have had several occurrences of packages being stolen or never arriving at all (in my possession). I have had to contact the carriers who couldn't do anything because they verified the item was delivered to the front area or mail room. When I contact the front desk, my packages were nowhere to be found. Apparently, it is within your lease that your mail is not protected by them. Has half way base floor. That is, you can come in and come out without hitting stairs up or down, but there is only one door on east side. If there is 24/7 audio bridge room in close proximity, that is where it will be. For okay base there has to be at least two such entrances. Stairs is where you go down even if all south corner units have guards. Worst, and here's why: managememt keeps changing; no one can answer questions about your lease (no knowledge); you cant access them by phone; poor management. Because of the location, you will be dealing with homeless and drug-induced people - thats your "community". There was a fire set off in the alley's fire escape entrance. Last month, there was 4 "fires" so your sense of safety at this place does not exist. Overall good experience. I appreciate the location and the staff has been helpful to me when I needed assistance. I was incorrectly charged a few times last summer and autumn, but management did sort it out for me The main con to me is the unit/ some of the appliances could use an update. The dial on my oven, for example, is worn out and has no visible temperature numbers. The dishwasher works great, though!
