We had a wonderful stay! Lady at front desk remembered speaking with me on phone and apologized for a misunderstanding. Then the owner stopped us on our way to our room to ask how our check in was and made sure we knew about snacks in the p.m.(was plenty and nice) and a.m. breakfast (was yummy!). Arrived back after dinner to sparking grape juice and chocolates (my guess was they knew was our anniversary after I had tagged I was staying there on FB for our anniversary) either way was a nice touch! We have been staying at Zinks for years. Always clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. The only complaint is they have changed there tv provider and there is no Hallmark channel.
Stayed last night for the fist time. Will definitely be back. The staff are top notch. Evening snack and breakfast--delicious. My kids Loved the food.
Lamp in room had a short, weren't able to watch TV, spiders in room, heated smelled like it was burning, no snacks available and there were roaches crawling on the concrete right outside of my room. Brought this to the attention of staff TWICE. Their response was to laugh at me. This was unacceptable for the price of just over $196/night. I wasn't offered anything to even make the situation right and have been staying here for years. Will not stay here again.
If only there was a pool! The rooms are clean and the employees are good!
Such a beautiful and clean inn and everyone was so nice. My husband and I had such a great relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back to stay.
