Run!!!!! I am a Realtor and my client only accepted an offer for their home because they were given a pre-qualification from Zinc Financial that stated it was a hard money loan, close in 10 days. This was a lie! It was a conventional loan with renovations. Escrow took 35 days not 10! Through the process I was constantly given excuses as to why it took so long. The escrow company also told me every deal with this company is the same way or worse!
