They were ok but have a different funding guidelines for their paperwork. However, they did fund my loan and financed by rehab. Just make sure the budget you submit is correct.

As many other reviewers have stated: horrible customer service, delays in responding, no consistency, unprofessional, juvenile practices, poor communication, and finally just seemingly out-right loan shark practices. Delays in acknowledging or remitting the loan draws, yet they have no problem hounding you for your payment & then the convenient "we didn't receive your check yesterday" (sent via billpay which I've NEVER had a single issue with) so impose the outrageous late fee penalty while pushing (illegally) to use their ... read more
Horrible customer service, minimal communication that resulted in them assessing a 5,000 penalty. Unheard of and unacceptable, I recommend avoiding their business.
