What sets Zinc apart from other luxury apartments is the sense of community they actively create whether it be through yoga classes, events on the terrace, special resident discounts for local businesses, or even just the attentiveness of the staff. I love coming home every day to friendly faces. I also love the importance they place in the overall aesthetic of the building – the art, the music, and other design elements make the space feel modern and fresh. Incomparable amenities, including: Yoga and cardio room, super huge gym, recreation room, Audio movie room, pets wash room, bicycle fix room, super large balcony for hosting the guests, computer room, business room...too many!!! Super nice concierge and package system! Minutes walk to Lechmere station, Macy's and Sears, and close to all major biotech companies and MIT. Great view if you live in high floor.
