RecommendedStaff is genuine and friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond and always pleasant upon arrival. Community events are carefully planned and executed to be inclusive. I also appreciate how the building is so clean!

Very nice Management & Place and Staff
I love this apartment. I like the nice facilitating, the public living room, and the business room. The events here are also amazing! I will recommend Zinc to my friends. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the window which can not avoid the noise from outside. Then it will be perfect.
Great community, staff, amenities and events !
The rental experience was seamless and Love the friendly vibe! It was thoughtful for the management to leave a welcome kit and note. Just two weeks old in this great community and no complaints.

Happy with our experience here. It is a nice modern building in a good location. Maintenance is excellent and staff is helpful and friendly. We are being encouraged to write reviews with a reward program.
