I brought my mower in about a 10 year old Exmark it needed a lot of things too many to list I met the mechanic outside said please do what you would do if it was your machine got it back and could not be happier he replaced a ton of stuff but also told me of a few of the things that in the next 2 years I may want to change I felt the price was very fair and the service was unbelievable done within a week thank you very much will always do business here
Went into Zimmer's Friday morning to purchase a chainsaw and weed whacker and was met by an incredible staff. They were knowledgeable and professional. They filled both up with gas and gave them a test run and tune before letting me out the door. By chance later that day a storm hit and a big tree fell across the driveway. Thanks to Zimmer's my new saw had no trouble with that tree! Highly recommend for any of your outdoor needs!
There was a mistake on my part, and they fixed it with no problem. I definitely recommend Zimmer's.
No high pressure sales pitch, knowledgeable sales staff. Answered every question, obviously knows his products. Free delivery. Bought an E-serious 48" cut Radius model with a 24.5 hp engine. Very Happy.
