Let me tell you something. I was caught totally off guard for my first appointment - and in a good way. Brand spanking new patient for the first appointment, Im thinking "nahhh it is gonna be a meet and greet, go over family history, go over meds, get established, sign release forms, blah blah blah"... nope.
