I took my 4yr old tv here to get repaired because I refused to buy another one. I was met with very friendly service and the price was great. He even got it back to me the same day. I will definitely be coming back for future repairs.
Awesome customer service. This the 2nd time I’ve had him deliver and install a new TV for my elderly mom. And, again, price, quality, service and speed were exceptional! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mom is so happy that she got a new TV replacement in one day. And I’m happy too. Excellent!!!
Great experience I was told a long time ago that tv repair isn’t worth it. That it would take a long time and IF a shop was able to fix your tv that the cost would be about the same as a new tv Zimmerman proved that wrong. My TV needed the main board replaced, they had it repaired and ready for pickup in less than a week and at 20% of the cost of a replacement TV. Can’t beat that. If you’re debating on getting your TV repaired over buying a new one, give Zimmerman a try first. You’ll be happy you did
The guys at Zimmerman are friendly, responsive and efficient. I called during their recent move and they were upfront about the timeline of availability and I brought my TV in when they were in their new location. I took a 15 year old TV And a 8 year old tv to be repair for what appeared to be the same issue , turns out it wasn’t . He repaired both tvs proptly for less than the price to replace one. In the age of throw away things , I highly recommend looking into having it repaired . Also very generous to give me extra cords and a remote for my older tv FREE of charge , thank you Tom .
