These guys are great. They are excellent communicators and always are seeking solutions to their customers needs. They are attentive and always work hard to ensure satisfaction whether its mulch, hardscape supplies, or general knowledge needs. I really appreciate doing business with them. Overall i would give them a 78 stars out of 5.
The team at Zimmermans is great to work with! They are responsive and make sure deliveries arrive on time. Also their products and inventory are great!
I would not recommend this business due to poor customer service. I ordered a garden mix soil delivery for my raised garden beds. When the driver arrived, they backed far into my yard, leaving a pair of deep gouges—over 20 feet long and 1–2 feet deep—that required nearly half of my soil delivery just to fill. I reached out to the business, expecting some form of compensation for the damage and time lost. Unfortunately, the best offer I received was another load of soil—but only if I paid for it myself.
