I've purchased 5 cars in the past from Zimmerman. I would highly suggest NOT shopping there. The Owner is a liar and a cheat. The only reason I've purchased there in the past is because of the honest Sales People. The owner ruined my possible purchase experience by lying to me and playing dumb to the situation. My husband and I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service we experienced with our recent vehicle purchase. Bryn made the sales experience a friendly, simple, and smooth one. She and AJ in the service department went above and beyond in their customer service. It's very refreshing to encounter a car dealership that takes pride in caring for their customers. Zimmerman Honda will definitely be on the top of our list whenever we need a vehicle in the future.
I firs took my 2016 Honda civic in for them to not look at it till the next day to tell me that they are not sure what is wrong with it they are guessing a knuckle or a strut so they guessed knuckle and said it would take a week to get the part i never received call and got it fixed elsewhere and it was the strut not knuckle!
