I purchased a new crv in 2019. Best car i had ever purchased. I purchased warranty. I was told good untill 2027 but when I called for a simple thing 2024, I was informed that no it was expired . Maybe i had made a mistake. I had a small thing i wanted fixed 5/25 so I went in and was told it would be 200 diagnostic fee when it was obvious what it was.
