I mentioned to Janae Roberts at my 6 month teeth cleaning appointment this morning that she was one of the best dental hygienist's that I have had. She is professional and caring and has a light touch. I do not like going to the dentist and this experience was actually pleasant. My compliments and appreciation.
I have been with Packard Dental since moving to the Carlsbad area in 1987. It is such a caring family atmosphere and the staff stays around for years and years which speaks volumes! If you want to get started with a "new" dentist, this is the place!!!

Two years ago my dentist moved out of state and I've struggled to find a new one. After several disappointing attempts and a bad experience with poor dentistry I've found Dr. Matt Packard. I had a free consultation with him (no other dentist would meet with me until they'd seen x-rays and I'd seen one of their techs). A dentist bill is something I have NEVER EVER been ready for. No matter how “good” my insurance is, when I walked out of the dentist office today, my first thought wasn’t “🙄 ya right”, it was more like “well, that makes sense” and I wanted to let people know. Dr. Matt may not tell you what you want to hear, but from my experience his plan made sense, and at the same time, cost effective.
