I've been seeing dentists since I was a child, and from the friendly greeting on the phone and front desk to the X-ray technician, Dr. Matt, and the hygienist, everyone was great...but a week or so after my appointment when I got a personally written card from Dr. Matt in the mail...I have to say Packard Dental provides the best patient service I've ever had...ever! What a great way to do business!

Kendra is the sweetest and most thorough hygienist. She knows I’m extra sensitive and she really takes her time with my cleanings. The staff here is all so sweet. Upon checkout they went over my current insurance vs in house plan and made it simple to see the pros and cons of both. I have never had a bad experience here. Thanks Kendra and team!
