From my initial point of contact on the phone with the receptionist to my in person initial visit I have been treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. I see Kendra and Dr. Jared each time I go and it is always such a great experience. Really though, everyone in the office is so fantastic. I have never had a bad experience and my teeth always feel amazing! I look forward to going to my appointments.
I am always amazed at how friendly and efficient Packard Dental runs its business. As a business executive, I don’t always have much time to spare in my day. I do appreciate, however, how easy it is the check-in and get my dental cleanings and check-ups in a friendly and expeditious manner. I also appreciate the positive environment.
Wonderful experience. Alexis is a true professional. So happy for her new arrival, but selfishly I’m sad that I’ll have a substitute hygienist in August ... but this is great news for Alexis and her husband!! The front office staff were great today with a quick and easy check-in, receipt of my new insurance, and recognizing that I needed a bandaid for a small cut due to the dry weather; very caring. Thanks again to everyone at Packard Dental ... a place I’ve been visiting for nearly 20 years.
