I showed up for my 4 year olds first visit with my 2 other young kids and realized as I was checking in that our appointment wasn't for another week. I didn't expect for them to try and fit me in but they were so great to make time for us since we were already there! I was grateful they fit us in!
Thought the entire staff was very friendly, very helpful (answered all my questions w regards to pricing and insurance coverage) and professional.
I enjoy my dental visits to Packard. All personnel are excellent professsionals and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.

My husband and I came in for the first time this morning for evaluations and cleanings and our experience was outstanding. The staff is so warm and welcoming from the ladies at the front desk, to the dentists and hygienists, and the financial planner. We both are very happy about our visit - we have finally found a Carlsbad dentist!

I always feel like I have received the best cleaning and examination from Tiffany. She's competent and friendly-- a real asset to Packard Dental.
I had Kendra as my Hygienist. Kendra has a very gentle touch and was very sweet, also gave me my shots for Dr Matt to get me ready for my surface fillings from over brushing. I had oral surgery as a teenager and had a very bad experience and I sort of avoided going to the dentist, Usually during my appointment I get very nervous and use a death gripe on the chair handles while having dental work is being preformed.
