Great visit, as usual.
The front desk were very polite and greeted me with a smile and help. Kendra W. my hygienist?/cleaning technician?, was outstanding, very knowledgeable of her work, and took the time to explain to me, the new radiation treatment, the electric toothbrush and it's benefits and the affordable price, only at Packard's Dental, and the advice of flossing every day and rinsing twice, especially before going to bed. I was very happy with my visit.
I can't recall the name of the young lady that took care of me yesterday but she was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
I have been going to Dr Packard's office for all my dental care since 2012 when I first moved to north county of San Diego and at the time I lived fairly close to the office, now I live in San Diego and do not mind driving over 30 minutes because everyone is great, the service is wonderful and the staff feels like family.
Always a pleasant experience. So glad you accept Aetna again. Was still worth the out of network fees before that.
