Greeted very warmly when coming in. Taken back on time/early. Everybody there always pleasant and professional including Dr. Packard. The office is always very clean and warm.
Services were thorough and fine.
Developed an achy molar after an accidental bite on a hard nutshell fragment. Was able to be seen right away and was quickly diagnosed and treated by Dr. Matt and crew with the usual welcome and polite treatment I always get at Packard Dental. They are truly an asset to our community.
The event started right on time- correction /replacement of my Crown( do not munch down on olives) ;to a cavity filling and the close-out- I chose the MINTy teeth cleaning ...all coupled with my choice of tv, ample whit and co-ordinated professionalism of all involved. What a way to spend my morning!!!!!!!
Was worried that I cracked a tooth but thank goodness I’m lucky I didn’t. Great cleaning and a fun show to watch while time flew.
Everyone was friendly, they informed me about my insurance would cover, or officiant and quick and I was out of there in no time at all the fresh smile
It truly is such a joy every time I visit Packard dental. Everyone is terrific. Each one of the staff know how to make me smile. Warm, courteous, gentle, and excellent in their care for me. I truly feel special and well cared for. How many people can say it's a joy to go to the dentist? I can. Thank you all very much
