From the minute you walk in the door (and the beautifully decorated waiting room) to the minute you leave, the entire team is friendly, professional, and personable. Doctor Jared is an excellent dentist, and a pretty good singer, too, which he sometimes does while working! Great family business in Carlsbad.
I always have a wonderful experience when I get my teeth cleaned by Janae. I cannot say that about most. A lot of hygenists can be preachy, rude and condescending about how one cares for their teeth if it isn't exactly what they think it should be. She is ALWAYS so nice, fun, kind and sensitive LOVE her!!

Always stressful to visit a new dentist but Dr. Matt and his team, make the experience very comfortable. Things are explained clearly, questions are welcome and follow-up is excellent.
I once again had Tiffany as my hygienist, as I have for years, and she once again was wonderful! Always gentle, thorough and personable...everything you could want in a dental cleaning experience! And I still can't get over how beautiful the "new" office. I know you've been there for a while now but still seems new to me!

I love Packard Dental they are so great Jared and Matt are not only the best Dentist but they are the nicest guys in the world. Please any one out there if you need Dental work go to them you won’t be sorry. I can’t say enough about how awesome they are.
I had an emergency dental need. My filling fell out and even though I wasn’t a previous patient, they squeezed me in just an hour after my husband called for me. They took care of the next tooth over that ended up having the same issue but Worse, and had me home recovering within a couple of hours. The doctor was kind and patient and all the gals I encountered were just the sweetest. Definitely returning here and recommending to all who will listen. Thank you!
