I brought my Tundra in for an estimate and repair. The whole transaction went very smoothly. The Estimator was friendly and professional. The front counter staff were courteous, and my truck was ready when they said it would be. The work was high-quality, and detail oriented. Would recommend.
I’ve had 3 icbc claims over the last 4 years. Every single one they missed part of the repair. The first one they forgot ALL the bolts in my front bumper. They denied it and said they had fallen or been taken out (right after their repair). Most recently light cover is completely gone after their ‘repair’ and my tailgate is not working. After 2 second chances we are done with them. Used to be the best place in town, now it is absolutely horrific.
Best and fastest service in town. Zimmer wheaton collision takes great pride in all there work and I wouldn't use anyone else!
