I’ve had 3 icbc claims over the last 4 years. Every single one they missed part of the repair. The first one they forgot ALL the bolts in my front bumper. They denied it and said they had fallen or been taken out (right after their repair). Most recently light cover is completely gone after their ‘repair’ and my tailgate is not working. After 2 second chances we are done with them. Used to be the best place in town, now it is absolutely horrific.
Best and fastest service in town. Zimmer wheaton collision takes great pride in all there work and I wouldn't use anyone else!
Customer service was excellent overall - and truck looks good as new. Very accurate quote. Little hiccups (that happen anywhere and everywhere) were handled professionally. I would be a returning customer if in future need, and will recommend to others for quality care.
First off, I'm not a write a review type of person....but.....Had a damaged rear bumper replaced. Long story, lots of parts and pieces required. Amanda was amazing!! She made sure my parts were all there, and the bumper was pre-painted and ready to go, her attention to detail was outstanding. The truck looks great. Quality Service, They rebuild my truck after collision superbly. All was timely, questions answered honestly and fast. Curtesy vehicle was better then expected made me feel like a Lord for 10 days
