God forbid life happens and you unfortunately have to cancel an appointment last minute. One appointment had to be canceled because my wife went into labor early and our son did not survive and the second was because I got called in for an emergency at work. I apologized but it seems patients are not valued here, we are replaceable with someone else that doesn't have a situation where they lose a child and they can get money from you. They simply dont care

I had such a great experience thanks to Heather, the beautiful dental assistant. She’s not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also has such a warm and calming presence that instantly puts you at ease. Heather goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, and her friendly smile makes even a trip to the dentist a pleasant one. She truly is a gem and makes the whole office shine

I have been a patient for 20 years Dr. Charles was fabulous and then when Dr.Dave came in to the practice he was also fabulous. After I retired in may and got my private insurance they decided to drop me. This dental practice was exceptional under Charles Zimliki. it was passed to Dave and has not been the same. Overall, the office staff is friendly and the dental hygienists are really nice. My kids still go here. For me, the transparent event that truly exposed Dr. Dave is when I was experiencing a toothache a week prior to a trip to Florida in 2023. This was my dentist office since i was 3 years old when my mom started bringing me. i’m now 20 working third shift so my schedule can be a little hectic. I’ve missed 3 appointments in the 17 years i’ve been going there, and no they weren’t back to back misses, but i got a letter in the mail after the 3rd missed appointment stating that as a solo practitioner i was a liability to the amount of service they could provide other clients and that missed appointments can be detrimental to them.
