Immediate response, excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly technicians. I did not feel that we were being taken advantage of with the recommendations that were made. We bought two 2.5-ton units that were installed in an amazingly short time (this was the outside unit, inside returns and thermostats - about 6 hours for full installation and clean-up). I would definitely recommend to others!
