Worst experience I've ever had with a sales manager or dealership I called to get a trade-in/purchase quote on my 2023 E450, under 11,000 miles, well-optioned. First call: told the manager would call back in 5 minutes — never happened. I called again the next day and was told to come in at 10:30 AM the following day for a firm number, since the manager would be there. I showed up as instructed. Bought a used car from Marco, Super easy and friendly to work with. I unfortunately forgot the financial advisors name but he was great with helping me purchase a vehicle for my first time coming to a dealer alone. Great service highly recommend super friendly people!
Avoid this shady dealership. I came in for a simple inspection to pinpoint a fuel system issue. My Sprinter left with a completely broken exhaust flex pipe. The catch? My entire exhaust system was recently brand new. After this single inspection, I now smell fumes and can't build pressure because of a massive hole. The only explanation is that the mechanics either broke it themselves or swapped my new part onto another vehicle. Absolutely untrustworthy.
Went in w/o appointment to have an issue with GPS voice volume. Within minutes they had the problem solved. Even a few minutes later when I returned because of something I didn't understand the one gentleman was willing to explain. A+ customer interaction and service. Thank you for being so professional.
