James was an amazing sales associate. He was helpful throughout the entire process. We traded in two vehicles at once for two Ioniq 5's and he was helpful every step of the way. Renee got us a spectacular rate and was amazing with handling two trade-ins at once. John showed us every feature and function we could find. He even helped me a couple days after the sale to explain questions I had. Excellent team. Nothing but positive from here.
Our encounter started with my wife and I, test driving a Hyundai to Zimbrick to compare the prices. We had terrible luck Our sales associate Fue Thao came to check-in on us and gave us his card. We had the unfortunate luck of losing both our cars about 2-3 days apart due to the classic WI winter. Fue and Zimbrick went out of their way to cater cars to our budget and needs, even allowing for my wife to test drive her car for a week since we were carless!
