Overall poor service
Hello I purchased a Equinox a few years back and it is running just fine besides a few minor repairs. What I am most impressed by is Mr. Skolaski has been sending me congratulatory emails every year on my purchased anniversary date. I really appreciate the effort he put forth to maintain quality customer service experience. Now that is how you retain a customer and ensure that the customer return to purchase another vehicle. The nicest people in the world
Was in the market for a used car for my teenager. The Honda's they had on the lot were all in good condition and had been serviced by the dealer. They offered a limited warranty 5k/5months on a vehicle that would have otherwise been uncovered. Speaks to their confidence in the vehicles they sell on the used lot. Brent did a fine job of wrapping up the sale and helping with test driving cars. Was the 6th dealer we stopped at that same day. Went home with a car from Zimbrick Honda.
