I am extremely upset regarding the service and repair quote I received at Zimbrick Volkswagon of Madison. In January, I took my 2018 Tiguan to the dealership because my engine light came on. They were busy, but took my car back to see what they could find out. About 10 minutes later a gentleman came out and said they hooked it up and a code came up about a secondary line that needed cleaning. He told me it was NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. I had an excellent recent experience at Zimbrick Honda! My salesperson, Kyle McDowell, was fantastic! Kyle spent several hours showing me a Honda Accord Hybrid. He patiently listened to my questions, answering all of them to my satisfaction. Kyle's demeanor and customer service are exempliary. He's one of the best salespeople I've worked with. Zimbrick of Madison sold me a lemon vehicle and then screwed me over on the service for 2 years. I bought a used Camaro from them that instantly had issues as soon as I drove it off the lot. They charged me over $6,000 over a 2 year span to fix issues with the last one being completely their fault, but they refused to reimburse me for it. DO NOT buy any used vehicles from Zimbrick and avoid buying even a new vehicle from them as they will try to milk you for every cost. My experience was 100% perfect I never had a complaint not one. Tim Panthofer at Zimbrick Honda He mad my first time buying a car peacefull i felt happy. I have a great car now that makes my life a little better. Absolute joke of a service team. They performed a bandaid fix before my warranty ran out instead of actually fixing the issue. I was told that they could still resolve the issue outside of warranty since I initially brought it in before the expiration. I brought my car in today again because surprise surprise the same issue is continuing and was told there is nothing they can do for me which contradicts what I was previously told.My car can't even make it to their recommended mileage for an oil change because it is burning o... read more

After refusing to replace my engine due to a KNOWN engine issue(warrantied) I had my car towed from this facility and back to my residence. The balance was paid in full for a service I did not ask for. almost a month later I was contacted by the Service Dept Manager Megan. She left a voicemail indicating that I would be charged storage fees starting that day and subsequent days until my car was removed from their lot. I had tires rated for ****** miles put on my car by an outside vendor. Per Zimbrick, I was told that they do not recommend rotating the tires because it leads to cupping. Fast forward 1.5 years later and Zimbrick tells me I need four new tires. That didn't seem possible as I only had ****** miles on these ****** mile tires. My tire dealer said they were under warranty, all he needed was my tire rotation records which based on Zimbrick's recommendation, I didn't have. When buying a new $113144 Cayenne, I was offered $26,500 for my well-maintained Macon Turbo with about 101,070 miles. After some trouble with the title for the Macon--a DVM mistake--Zimbrick dropped the trade-in offer to $19,000, claiming that the used-car market was softening. N.B.
