Maybe the best experience of buying a vehicle I've had. Absolutely no pressure in buying. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The Service department told me to find a different dealership for my service needs, since they couldn’t resolve a basic customer concern. After just purchasing a new vehicle from them you would think they would want to keep customers coming back. Clearly the service advisor has little knowledge of dealership dynamics in that Sales sell the first vehicle and Service sells the second. Although this wasn't my first or second vehicle from them it may be my last.
Great customer service easy car buying...Tom was very helpful and appreciated the time he spent to make sure I was getting the right car for me.
The car I were interested in was there waiting for me to test drive. They offered me a fair price on the trade (about what I hoped for on KBB). I may have been able to sell it for a little more on my own, but it wasn't worth the headache. They even came down a little bit on the price of the car. No heavy handed pressure. No gimmick service package that I had to buy. Overall, very pleasant experience.
RecommendedI've been searching for well over 3 months for a vehicle. Tom Smith was a very friendly and personable salesman that went above and beyond to meet my needs. Purchased a new GMC Terrain and learned the ins and outs of my vehicle before driving it off the lot. Would highly recommend Tom as he was super knowledgeable. Thank you Tom!

They asked me to come in to test drive a car they didn't have. Drove nearly an hour each direction and admitted they lied when I walked in. What kind of sales tactic is that? Aaron C flat out lied to me. Andy H confirmed that Aaron was lying.
