The Service department told me to find a different dealership for my service needs, since they couldn’t resolve a basic customer concern. After just purchasing a new vehicle from them you would think they would want to keep customers coming back. Clearly the service advisor has little knowledge of dealership dynamics in that Sales sell the first vehicle and Service sells the second. Although this wasn't my first or second vehicle from them it may be my last.
