I would caution others before using Zimbrick Automotive. After my vehicle was towed there due to unexpected damage, it was kept for three weeks. When I got it back, I was disappointed in the overall experience and felt the inspection and follow-up were not as thorough as they should have been. Shortly after picking up my vehicle, additional issues arose. When I returned, I was told they were unrelated and was quoted a very expensive repair. James was so amazing, helpful, and giving us a good deal. It was already the second time we worked with him. James is our go-to person when it comes to cars. He is incredibly helpful. I am recommending him to everyone.

The Service Department does terrific work at a not-unreasonable-price. Nice waiting area with snacks. The Fish Hatchery location has much greater capacity than the one at Grand Canyon - a lot easier to get an appointment. Update: They no longer participate in the Costco discount program. Still great service.

Victor (the salesman) and Kyle (finance guy), were exceptional to work with. From start to finish they took the time to answer all my questions, stayed in prompt communication with me throughout and took the time to send me all the records and photos/videos I asked for— as this was an out of state purchase for me. I would gladly make the 3.5 hour trek over to Madison to buy from these guys! Would highly recommend!
