I have to say, Im pretty impressed. I bought a 2009 acura TL in 2019 or 2020 at 90k miles. I drove the car for 70k miles, sold it at 160k still running great (staying on top of maintenance of course). I sold it to my mom for a pretty good deal, when she moved she sold it to someone else. It held its value, i bought it for around 9k and it was sold for 7k (kbb value). 2k loss in 4-5 years and 70k miles is outstanding. I asked Mark Banaag to find me a used Highlander with some pretty specific wants and nice-to-haves. He didn't let the fact that it wasn't at his home dealership stop him—he sourced one at another Zimbrick location and made the time to meet me there for a test drive. I went in to buy my first car and was so nervous but Jason was so helpful!!!! I decided to go with a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek and the process was easy and very informative. We came back three days after driving it off the lot to have a quick tune up free of charge! Can not express how lovely it was working with Jason and how comfortable and straight forward the process was
