My Acura TL had a problem with the steering. I had purchased it in IL which would’ve been too far to tow. Zimbrick diagnosed, advocated for Acura to cover the cost under warranty, gave me a nice loaner and finished the work much sooner than estimated. My car was sparkling clean at pickup. Service Managers are very professional and nice to do business with.
Excellent customer service. Always respectful of my time and expedite check in and out with precision. Always have a loaner car same make and model I am accustomed to.

Just picked up my new 2019 Acura RDX and I love it! The staff was fantastic, especially, Dave Asplin, Alex (technology support) and Glenn Beckwith. I had my first service appointment for an oil change on my Acura MDX last week. Nate was prompt, polite, efficient and helpful. I also was able to use a twin to my MDX while my car was in the shop.
