We had a quirky water leak issue in our condo that no one could seem to figure out how to address. Zimax came and took a look and could ascertain the issue very easily and recommended a thorough course of conduct. Turned out to be a relatively complex fix, but Zimax executed on it. Their guys and sub-contractors did great work, were easy to work with, and did a high quality and thorough job from start to finish. Highly recommend Zimax for complex residential restoration / repair projects!
