My family just loves visiting Dr. Melissa Zilbert for all of our dental needs. She is a very pleasing professional who is highly educated in her practice. Her crew is always welcoming and quite friendly. Everyone there makes my family happy instead of frightened of being at the dentist.
The staffs over at Melissa Zilbert’s dental practice keep a well run office. This facility has always been clean and you can be assured it is a sterile environment but even more so now that COVID-19 safety processes are in place.
I have a very busy schedule and little time for waiting around at a scheduled appointment. It doesn’t matter how accommodating the staff is or comfortable the dental office is. I like knowing that I am going to have great dental work by Dr. Melissa Zilbert, and professional treatment from the staff.
Because of my chronic back pain, my former dentist was always hesitant to do the procedure for some dental implants. It was like I was an inconvenience to his process. Dr. Zilbert on the other hand understood that I am unable to sit beyond a certain timeframe and she helped me.
I have located the place and the dentist that are able to make the dreaded root canal as painless as humanly possible. The place is the comfortable and friendly atmosphere here in good old San Antonio and the dentist is none other than Melissa Zilbert DDS.
Great office filled with really caring people from the woman behind the desk to the doctor. They are all wonderful.
My first visit began on an emergency basis. I was greeted with excitement and concern. They helped me work through the paperwork, as the pain made much of it difficult. One visit and I was feeling better. It did take a few visits to resolve the problem, but I am happy.
It was hard to believe the root canal could be done as smoothly as Dr. Zilbert did. It is a relief my oral health is in her hands.
Needed an urgent visit with a broken tooth. Her staff got me in the next morning. Did not have a long wait. After the exam she explained what I needed and her staff discussed the cost and my insurance. The tooth looks and feels wonderful. The whole office atmosphere was nice. I will be returning. Would recommend.
