Worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon...I reported Dana to the Better Business Bureau.! She refused to return my money or take accountability for completely destroying my hair! I have black hair .. She washed it 3 times trying to get out the color that made my hair come out in her hands .... IT WAS FRIED LIKE STRAW! She has zero integrity. Dana is not only a sweetheart but does such a great job on my blonde! I get icy/silver platinum and really stress about having minimal damage and she uses the right products and application that achieve those results! She is very experienced but still believes in keeping her prices fair - something that’s hard to find these days! Go see her!
I got my hair cut this morning by Dana and what a treat! She listens to my desires, and knows just what will give me the style that works for me! It's always a positive experience in her salon!!
Dana is a gifted hairstylist! Not only does she have the knowledge, skill, and talent, she is truly an artist with hair! She has transformed my damaged, boring, over processed, blonde highlighted hair into beautiful blonde highlighted hair. She used 2 colors while highlighting, giving it dimension and new life.
