I had an absolutely terrible experience at Ziggy Auto Body Shop and would NOT recommend it to anyone. 1. Wasted My Time – I was told to come in at 7:30 AM for a self-paid repair, only to be turned away because the staff wasn’t working due to the weather. Why even schedule me if you’re not prepared? Ziggys was wonderful to work with. They were fast, efficient and detailed. I had an issue with my insurance approving for a few of the repairs which would have left me with an outstanding balance but Mike at the shop called me (after fighting with the insurance on my behalf) and let me know they would take care of the balance and to think of it as an early Christmas gift! I couldn’t be more grateful ! Highly recommend this body shop for their customer service alone!
Amazing job! The right side of my car was badly dented(a truck backed into me). Ziggy and his guys repaired the damage seamlessly. They even cleaned the interior of my car! I highly recommend Getting a rental pickup at ziggys was also really easy and convenient
a guy hit the back of my car, Ziggy auto body arranged a towing, took the car from my house and gave me a replacement car, the owner is nice and very helpful, I recommend this garage.
