They were really helpful and professional. I was getting my car repaired through insurance, and every step of the way, they were making sure I didn't fall into any of the insurance traps that GEICO uses to cheap out on the bill (DON'T use GEICO). The experience with the body shop was as good as it can be.

I highly recommend Ziggy’s Auto Body Shop in Jersey City! They repaired the rear driver-side door on our Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, which had dents and scratches from a tight parking spot. The Mercedes dealership estimated the job would take 2 weeks, but Ziggy’s finished everything in just 1 week and returned the car in excellent condition. They worked seamlessly with our Geico insurance and set us up with a rental. Great work and great service.

My second time here. Courteous, professional, on-time service and beautiful repair work. I appreciated that they washed (and probably waxed?) and vacuumed my car, too. It looked great all over. Highly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Ziggy.s. The place is bring clean and organized. Ziggy is always there to answer a question or concern. He gave me his personal cell phone. The work was done so well and so quickly yet efficient. I picked up my rental there and dropped it as well. I highly recommend them.
