This is my normal stop for coffee, always great coffee, but today specifically Lucas was over the top with his customer service. It's been rare to see this level, and keep it up Lucas!
My family comes to this Ziggis often for our weekend treat of morning coffee. Personally, I have a plethora of allergies, so I always have to be careful of what I order when I go out. Lucas took the time to listen and ensure that what I ordered was safe for me to drink. It's not often these days people take the time to go that extra mile. Not to mention the drinks we received were absolutely delicious. Thank you Lucas for making this an exceptional experience.
