Switched to new management and unfortunately, it’s not good. Ordered a 9$ coffee and asked if they still gave chocolate covered coffee beans at the end. Usually I’m met w a smile and a little cup full of 5 or more. When I asked the girl at the front, she almost gave me a smirk, a nod, and then disappeared. I placed a large order through Uber Eats to arrive for a customer's afternoon coffee hour. Thankfully the driver called to alert me that the order was "stolen." How someone steals 16 drinks is beyond me. When Uber Eats called the store to get an explanation and rectify the issue, no one would answer the phone. Needless to say, I had to cancel my afternoon meeting and apologize to the customer. I will continue to visit Ziggi's, but I will not be using this location for all the reasons listed above.
