Great food. Drinks for every palate. So much better than national competitors. Very friendly staff.
Our latest experience at Ziggi’s was disheartening and has almost likely lost our business. We have been frequent, loyal customers who stop in every time we’re in town and have spent a lot of money here, especially on the gluten free breakfast sandwiches. I ordered and paid for three drinks at the walk up window (with two sleeping babies in the car, I didn’t want to risk waking them in the drive-through). It's very rare that I go outside my Norm but I tried their pumpkin latte and it met my expectations. This is my favorite go-to coffee place. the staff is always been nice and they're very knowledgeable. I guess they have to be but I've asked them questions about what a drink might have in it and they're really good at explaining without any hesitation. I love Ziggy so if anybody out there reads this who knows me I'll take Ziggy gift cards for christmas.
Everyone is very pleasant without being fake nice. I've always loved what I've ordered.
Today was a very sad day for me. When I pulled up to get my beverage Jennifer the manager noticed I was upset and bought my drink. I came back later and the other sweet girl who was there earlier too said they bought my drink again. I felt so much empathy from these 2 amazing women who I know felt my pain and I am humbled and grateful for my experience today. Thank you for making things just a bit better by your kindness. 🩷Debi
