Yes, I was at the Ziggy’s this past Friday and my drink was made very wrong. I ordered A blender instead just got cold milk with coffee pretty much didn’t have any ice really in it and they gave me the wrong order. The barista team at this location are friendly and helpful. We always have a nice chat at the drive thru window! The Spicey, and sweet hot chai is yummy 😋 You all are the best! Thank you
Apparently ordering two drinks just confused everybody. I ordered my drink with a "splash of cream" (that means just a little bit of cream) but they interpreted that as half and half. It also took a long time to go through the line.
