Ziggis always has reliably good coffee and all kinds of drinks for kids and non-coffee drinkers. Atmosphere is good and the service is the best!
I ordered a latte inside the store. It was obvious the 2 person staff was more focused on the drive thru as that was where the volume was. I sat down and waited. And waited. And waited. I started and finished the NYT crossword (it took 10 minutes). Nothing at the counter. I asked for a refund. The staff was polite and obliged. And I left.
I have waited in leaving a review because I understand that mistakes can happen but after my last 4 visits I have ran into the same issue with this Ziggi’s location. This location seems to prioritize their drive through over mobile orders which is frustrating and should be 50/50. I always order through the app and arrive after 5 minutes of the estimated time shown in the app since I understand they might be busy.
