A trip to Islamorada always includes a dinner (or 2) at Ziggy & Mad dogs. Well rounded wine list, excellent service, menu covers all the bases of a great steak house. Make a reservation before you arrive so you don’t miss out on a great evening.
The food here is excellent...I had the wedge salad, filet, and creme brûlée, and sampled a little of everyone's sides including mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus and macaroni and cheese. I ordered a baked potato with my steak, however it was so huge I just left it to the side to take it home. Since it was New Years I went all out and got the bernaise sauce on the side...it just gave the steak a little something extra (although it definitely didn't need it!!)
