Warm, snug, civilized. Efficient, facilitating, fairly priced. Full of smiles and theater and generosity. This is a place where people are living. No one here is sleep walking through the artifice of industrial unreasonable gratification coming out of a 50 gallon drum loaded from the back of a truck. Wake up. Be a part of it. Get something challenging. Make friends with strangers at a little stand up table. Ask genuine questions of what is being made and how and why. Grow wiser, be curious, go to the Zig Zag.

I absolutely love this place. The vibe in the place is authentic and eclectic. Perfect location behind Pike Place, after a day of people watching and shopping. Not only is the place fantastic, the staff is amazing!! So professional and VERY friendly. The drink makers are superb, I couldn't have been more excited about this find. Thank you Ben for your exceptional service and delicious drinks and to the lovely red head that greeted and seated us, thank you.
