Great doctor Poor customer service -- I have called many times to speak with the person who handles the insurance billing. They take my name and number, but never return my call. This was 4 times that I left a message with a live person. Yet they continue to send invoices, and threaten with collection agency. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider welcome questions? No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant
