Customer service lacking with receptionist on the phone and terrible experience. Made a appointment three days ago and was supposed to be the first call of the day at 8 am. I arrived at 7:45. Apparently someone else's EMERGENCY was more important than mine. Aren't most plumbing problems emergencies for people?
