Did a rental, everybody was great, drop off and pick up were smooth. No complaints.
Overrated incompetence
If there was a Negative rating i would. One of the worst place to deal with. Me as a customer was ignored by this shop forman (Williams) along with service manager. I had a AC compressor problem from another Cat dealer in San Antonio, TX that turned out defective. Zeigler didn't do the work but being a Cat dealer they should of NOT waited this long and kept ignoring me on this warranty.
