Called with a mutual client to change policy for her new car. Insurance agent raised rate and when asked why. He said, " I don't know we have to transfer you". Been on hold for over an hour, worst all state experience I've ever had an I deal with insurances on a daily basis. Dealing with Geico is easier. I would highly recommend switching insurance agency if you are currently using them.
