I Love the lyell ave location .1505 lyell ave manager and staff are amazing ,ask for Paul the sales manager when you go in and receive 25.00 off your detail service.
I have never been more disappointed with a company than I am with this company. They offer great products that I recommend highly. Their customer service is by far the worst. Lack of communication, poor estimates of time for work to be completed. The lack of attention to detail when doing undercoating, such as spraying over dirt and grime without cleaning first. I brought my brand new car in and it came out looking like it was 10 years old. I have never seen a service level like this before. I am so disappointed and will never be using them again. If I didn't have to pick a star they wouldn't have one
Other than being over booked. When my vehicle was done I noticed that my molding and plastic pieces where loose and not in original state. The operation s manager tried to play me and say that my van came in with these pieces loose. I was very upset with the service and the way he handled the situation. Henrietta location.....
Wondering why the inside of my tailgate wasn't treated?
HORRIBLE! RIP OFF! Save your money! The only reason I am giving this a 1 star is because there are no negative stars. I am extremely disappointed in the service my girlfriend and I received yesterday at Ziebart. A complete waste of time and an entire Saturday. We received a phone call 3 days in advance to confirm our scheduled appt at 9am, July 12th and to be there 15-20 minutes ahead of time. Had my car detailed Friday and after 2 days the carpet is STILL real wet and the car was Not cleaned right with several dirty spots! Very disappointed!!
