As an owner of Rapid Express we completely rely on keeping our vehicles in top condition and have to deal with Rochester rust and rot eating away at them. I purchased the whole package when I purchased my brand new car. I haven't had any issues with the rust protection, but the diamond gloss was a waste of money.... the dealership never said I would have to pay to have the diamond gloss reapplied. They said it was a lifetime guarantee. Every year I tell them the same thing...and every year they tell me I have to pay to have it reapplied. I refuse to pay more. Ask around before going here. Wish I did since I haven't talked to one person with good experience after they damaged my vehicle and like in all other cases they say it was brought in like that. They don't care about quality it's all about getting your money!! Look elsewhere!
