Found this store on the ARE website. Staff seemed to have no idea of basic questions on ARE toppers. The self proclaimed ARE person proceeded to tell me to go to the website to get more information on the topper? And enter the quote on the website? Store lost an easy sale today! Don’t waste your time going there. Staff seem to be clueless and not driven to make sales.

Train your employees. We had two cars just recently inspected and were treated terribly. Our cars are tied up all day,even with an appointment. The people who waited on us were rude. There were many people just standing around or sitting in cubicles talking with each other. Even though we were on time for our appointment we had to wait to be seen. I got an interior detail and the only difference I can tell is that it smells good. I didn't want to spend the time doing it myself so I decided to have it professionally done thinking it wouldn't have the lint residue since they would have the appropriate tools. There is lint all over so I will still have to do it myself to get it the way I want.
Terrible service second time on the raw. No managers respond to the problem after numerous requests.

He’s intelligent, helpful, and very patient. He’s great at taking your vision and turning it into reality. He won’t over sell you or force you into anything you don’t need or want.
