Called Ziebart to have 2024 Trax undercoated and rust prevention. I explained that I had removed the wheel liners and wanted the undercoating all the way out to the edge of the fenders directly above the tires and that the EVAP system vent was exposed in the rear wheel area and needed to be covered BEFORE undercoating. Had my truck undercaoted last week. Never got the dust off under the truck before spraying, missed spots and not around heat source or moving parts either. Where they drilled holes now there is bare metal. Never removed factory plugs in door jam to spray in rockers, never sprayed in rockers where the factory taped over access holes. Truck went in on mon night freshly waxed and whatever they used to wash truck removed all wax even on roof.
