Called Ziebart to have 2024 Trax undercoated and rust prevention. I explained that I had removed the wheel liners and wanted the undercoating all the way out to the edge of the fenders directly above the tires and that the EVAP system vent was exposed in the rear wheel area and needed to be covered BEFORE undercoating. Had my truck undercaoted last week. Never got the dust off under the truck before spraying, missed spots and not around heat source or moving parts either. Where they drilled holes now there is bare metal. Never removed factory plugs in door jam to spray in rockers, never sprayed in rockers where the factory taped over access holes. Truck went in on mon night freshly waxed and whatever they used to wash truck removed all wax even on roof. Have been going to this location for years. I had an issue with a different dealership and I had some repairs done to my vehicle due to their lack of thoroughness. After talking with Dave and explaining what had happened, he said that they would make it right and they did. I have been getting this service for 15 years and will continue to do so, Dave and the rest of the Lima Ziebart crew do an excellent job and I recommend them to anybody. Thank you Dave!
ziebart does an excellent job on rhino lining and window tips tint they rhino lined my dads truck it looks excellent and just done some work on my truck today
Stopped in on the hottest day of the summer and they came out and helped get my truck cover re-installed (that wasn't purchased there). I had gotten the rust treatment done there, but that was a great additional service I didn't expect.
Very friendly and a great customer service. Would take more of my vehicles to them
